Arnold Achorn, who is retired from Osram Sylvania, enjoys hunting and fishing and spending time with his family. He lives in Waldoboro and is the father of Coastal Opportunities participant Scott Achorn.
Ann McDonald Bex is a retired speech and language therapist. She lives in Camden.
Jean Woods Boobar, a lifelong Mainer and University of Maine graduate, has a background in the field of child welfare. She was a Director of the Mid-Coast Activities Center, predecessor of Coastal Opportunities, and co-founded (with Betty Frost) the Cash for Clothes Sales.
Kathleen Brandes, a freelance book editor, lives in Spruce Head.
Thomas F. Corcoran is retired and lives in Camden. He was the Director of the Coastal Workshop (now Coastal Opportunities) from 1974 to 1984.
Robert L. Davee, Chairman of the Board of Maine Coast Construction, lives in Camden. He is the father of Coastal Opportunities participant Jenny Davee.
David P. Jackson, Director of Camden Harbor Park and Amphitheatre, has served on the board for more than 30 years.
James D. Jenkins is a Financial Adviser with UBS Financial Services in Rockland. He lives in Owls Head, has served on the board for more than 35 years, and is the brother of the late Martha Jenkins, a Coastal Opportunities participant.
Marcia Orff, Accounting Manager at Mid-Coast Energy Systems, lives in Waldoboro and is the sister of Coastal Opportunities participant Scott Achorn.
Claire Sanford lives in Camden with her husband, Jack.
Eileen Spectre, a retired Realtor, has served on the board for many years. She lives in Spruce Head.
Nancy Wolfertz and her husband of 40+ years work together at ERA Cousens Realty. She is co-chair of the semiannual Cash for Clothes Sale, a major fundraiser for Coastal Opportunities.
